2014...what a year!
First I'd like to say that it has been far too long since I've posted to this blog. I guess that's what happens when you're busy living life instead of just writing about it. I would like to say that this year took me beyond what I thought was possible. I did the normal trips to Orlando early on in the year to see family. Had a fun weekend getaway in Las Vegas. I also went to Long Island, NY this summer to see my cousin get married in the most beautiful affair. Lastly, I ventured to the west coast, to my beloved California, and spent some time in San Diego. But wait! That is not all. I had the pleasure and shear humbling joy of an opportunity to go to Dubai, U.A.E. and CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA!!! Yes, me. Little ole me went half way around the world to places that I'd only dreamed of visiting. I was able to participate in a desert safari, and view the sky scrapers of Dubai.
